Look no further. Accelstructures LLC has set up a program to contribute additional capital into Homekey funded deals.

An Accelfunding LLC sponsored entity (Investor) will purchase 15 years (or less/to be negotiated) of projected losses from Homekey funded deals.

The investor will contribute capital upon attainment of specific benchmarks including: Initial closing and Cost certification (Terms can be flexible).

Qualified Projects:

Any project receiving Homekey funds that does not have an existing Limited Partner.

Acquisition/Rehab and New Construction.

No geographic constraints.

Expedient Closings:

Qualified team in place for easy closings, including: due diligence/underwriting, legal and accounting personnel.

Minimal Asset Management Fee.

Uncomplicated unwinding of partnership at back end. Investor can option to enter into a donation agreement to be exercised at the end of the negotiated term.

Due diligence and LPA costs to be paid for by the Investor.
